Independence & scope

SWLEF is a private, independent registry for verified media ownership, licensing documentation, and compliance review. Its records and certificates are issued in the registry's own name, on the strength of submitted evidence and its internal review procedures — and are designed to complement, never to substitute, governmental registration systems, judicial determinations, platform policies, and the contractual arrangements between parties.

References to third-party platforms are made solely to describe rights administration workflows and platform coverage. SWLEF does not claim affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by any third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.
