Screen Works Licensing & Evidence Framework
Where submitted evidence is recorded, reviewed, and referenced — for the works the world watches.
One document. Anchored to the registry.
Every certificate carries a cryptographic registry signature, a SHA-256 content fingerprint, and a QR that resolves to the live record — a certificate is only ever a summary of the reviewed registry entry behind it.
Registry Signature
An HMAC-SHA256 signature computed by the registry's servers — copying or editing the artwork cannot reproduce it.
Live QR Verification
The QR resolves to this registry, never to an image. If the record doesn't exist here, the paper is worthless.
Content Fingerprint
A SHA-256 fingerprint binds the certificate to the work's identity.
PIN & Access Control
Rights holders can seal a record behind a 4–6 digit PIN, and gate details behind access plans.
Evidence-based review and registration, carried out under the registry's internal review procedure.
Ownership Verification
Evidence-based review of submitted ownership documentation and rights declarations.
Chain-of-Title Review
Assessment of the documented chain of title across acquisitions, licences and transfers.
Compliance Screening
Internal compliance review of submitted materials and associated parties.
Sanctions & Risk Review
Sanctions screening where applicable and documentation of associated risk indicators.
Copyright Reference Management
Structured reference records for registered works and associated metadata.
Platform Rights Administration
Registry data prepared to support platform-level rights administration workflows.
Registry Certificates
Registration certificates issued in the registry's own name after review.
Enforcement Support
Documentation prepared to support takedown and enforcement-related workflows.

Full registry →Records built to travel with your rights — across every major platform
Registry records may support rights administration workflows across major digital platforms, including copyright protection, ownership verification, claim support, takedown preparation, monetization review, dispute-resolution support, and compliance documentation.
References to third-party platforms are made solely to describe rights administration workflows and platform coverage. SWLEF does not claim affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by any third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.
Independence & Scope
SWLEF is a private, independent registry for verified media ownership, licensing documentation, and compliance review. Its records and certificates are issued in the registry's own name, on the strength of submitted evidence and its internal review procedures — and are designed to complement, never to substitute, governmental registration systems, judicial determinations, platform policies, and the contractual arrangements between parties.
Verification reflects the evidence available at the time of review and is refreshed as new documentation, claims, or decisions are submitted.
