في أعقاب الحرب الأهلية التي دمّت الجزائر، أجرى طارق تقية مقابلات مع شباب باب الواد الذين عبروا عن غضبهم. في اللقطات الثابتة التي يشهدون فيها، يتنقل طارق تقيا بين تجواله في سيارة تزيد من احتمالات الترقب. وعنف الحبس هو الذي يهيمن، إلى جانب الرغبة في تحقيق شيء مستحيل في مكان آخر.
